A.  REGISTER FOR FREE

To register, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click the Employer’s Tab;
2. Fill up the information needed;
3. Submit and wait for the confirmation email from our Administrator within 24 hours;
4. Once the confirmation is received, simply reply to the email to confirm your registration.

2. POST JOBS FOR FREE

 Once registered as our employer, you can post unlimited job postings for FREE!  Your job vacancies will be viewed by our registered jobseekers for a period of one (1) month and your Company will be featured in our “HIGHLIGHTED EMPLOYERS” for one (1) week duration.

The following are the instructions in posting your job vacancy:

1. Log-in as a registered employer by clicking the Employer Login;
2. Provide your username and password;
3. Click Post Jobs tab;
4. Provide a brief background of your Company;
5. Fill up the information needed on your job vacancy;
6. Attach your Company logo (optional);
7. Submit and wait for the confirmation email from our Administrator within 48 hours;
8. An email will be sent to you by our Administrator to confirm your job posting.

3. SEARCH FOR APPLICANTS 

As our registered employer, you have the benefit to search for applicants who will suit your job vacancies.  We will not limit the number of applicants that you want to search, you can search for as long as you need.

To search for applicants, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log-in as a registered employer by clicking the Employer Login;
2. Provide your username and password;
3. Click Search for Applicants tab;
4. Enter key words of courses, field of specialization, training or experience that you require;
5. Wait for the job matches by our system.

4. REQUEST FOR A SERVICE PROPOSAL

just click on the title of the seminar above and register by filling up the information needed.  A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours.

6. REFER AN APPLICANT 

To refer an applicant so you can earn P500 for every referred applicant hired, just follow the simple steps below:

• Email the resume of the applicant you are referring to our HR Department thru reeda@humanplusjobs.com.  Type in the subject of your email:  APPLICANT REFERRAL.  (Note:  It is important that your subject matter indicates Applicant Referral to distinguish your email from the usual applicants’ resumes that we receive in our emails.)
• On the body of the letter, make sure to provide the following information so we can easily contact you:
• Name
• Contact Numbers
• An email notification will be sent to you to acknowledge receipt of your referral email within 24 hours.
• Once your applicant was hired by any of our clients, we shall get in touch with you thru email to arrange payment of your referral fee.
